400T H Frame Type Deep Drawing Hydraulic Press

The frame hydraulic press adopts the integral steel plate welded frame type frame, which has good overall rigidity and high compressive strength. The fuselage type variable is less than 1/5000, which is extremely low for large part forming and can greatly reduce the mold cost.

The overall structure is strong, the four-corner and eight-sided guide rails are not easy to shake, and the anti-loading ability is strong, and the anti-loading capacity reaches 300mm.

The speed is fast, the fastest drop speed can reach 700mm/s, and the pressure can be quickly positioned, no impact, and the pressure is fast after clamping, no impact.
Frame hydraulic presses are suitable for stamping, forming, drawing, shaping, overmolding and trimming of metal or non-metal parts.

Machine Features

The H Frame hydraulic press can be divided into H Frame hydraulic press, four-column three-beam hydraulic press, and four-column four-beam hydraulic press.

Compact block eliminates the possibility of leakage and reduces hydraulic piping.

This low noise hydraulic system is located between the two side plates at the rear of the machine.

The hydraulic system is driven by a reputable electric motor and is connected with a pump that generates more pressure than necessary.

Pressure gauges of system pressure, back pressure, holding pressure are located at the top of the oil tank, and quick reference is possible.
